一、轧制力计算公式的采用 1.箔材轧制箔材轧制是与板材轧制不同的。例如,就轧机本身来说,目前的箔材轧机大都采用油压传动,自动调节轧制力。另外,测定箔材轧制力计算的基本数据很困难,要达到一定准确度则更难。如测定变形抗力时,轧件厚度一达到50微米以下,就非常困难。轧辊和轧件间摩擦系数的测定也是如此。想通过实测求轧制力的分布,那简直是不可能的。因而,理论计算结果无法与实测数值进行正确的对比。
