实验以外周淋巴细胞的姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)率和细胞增殖周期(CGC)为指标,研究“固真胶囊”对机体DNA损伤修复能力的影响。结果表明:无论是自发SCE率还是40ng/ml丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱发的SCE值,服药老年组均较对照老年组低。差异显著(P<0.02);服药组CGC的M_3值,增殖速率(PRI)也明显提高,与相应对照组有明显差异(P<0.001)。提示,“固真胶囊”增强了机体DNA损伤修复能力和细胞增殖能力。
Experiments with peripheral lymphocytes sister chromatid exchange (SCE) rate and cell proliferation cycle (CGC) as an indicator to study the “Guillain Capsule” on the body DNA damage repair ability. The results showed that both spontaneous SCE rate and SCE value induced by 40ng / ml mitomycin C (MMC) were lower in the elderly group than in the control group. (P <0.02). The M_3 value and the proliferation rate (PRI) of CGC in the treated group were significantly increased as compared with the corresponding control group (P <0.001). Tip, “Guillain Capsules” enhance the body’s DNA damage repair ability and cell proliferation.
