成型方法的选择对于碎石性能影响较大,通过对击实成型、振动成型方法的探讨,来分析不同成型方法对级配碎石的影响。利用变K法来进行级配设计,并选用击实成型法、振动成型法制作试件,来测试其最大干密度、最佳含水量、及CBR值。结合两种成型方法的对照分析,得出试验结果:击实成型法因扰动较大,对13.2-1.18mm级配碎石影响显著;而振动成型对原有级配碎石扰动小;在相同级配条件下,利用振动成型法的CBR值要高于击实成型法,大约为2倍,但并非越密实CBR值越大。
The choice of molding method has a great influence on the performance of the gravel. Through the discussion of compaction molding and vibration molding methods, the influence of different molding methods on the graded broken stone is analyzed. K-variable method was used to carry out grading design, and compaction molding method and vibration molding method were used to make specimens to test the maximum dry density, optimum water content and CBR value. According to the comparative analysis of the two forming methods, the test results are as follows: the perturbation of the compaction molding method has a significant impact on the 13.2-1.18mm grade graded broken stone; while the vibration shaping has less disturbance to the original grading broken stone; Grading conditions, the use of vibration molding CBR value is higher than the compaction molding method, about 2 times, but not the more dense the greater the CBR value.
