从1987年9月至1990年3月,共39例食管癌病人,随机分组后,20例接受术前放疗,19例单纯手术。术前放疗组接受5.2Gy/44h肿瘤量~(60)Co单次照射。分析各种组织放射后细胞超微结构及周期进程变化,结果示。病人食管癌细胞的胞膜、胞核甚至细胞器均有一定程度的损伤表现,流式细胞检测(PCM)示食管癌原发肿瘤照射后G_2细胞比例较照射前及未照射组均有明显升高,提示细胞周期进程受到了阻滞。同时比较原发癌与正常组织及癌转移淋巴结周期变化情况,发现放射对不同组织的细胞周期影响互不相同,至少不同步,并且个体病人间有明显差异。这可能试解释临床放射敏感性差异,并探索缩短常规术前照射的疗程。
From September 1987 to March 1990, a total of 39 patients with esophageal cancer were randomized. 20 patients received preoperative radiotherapy and 19 had simple surgery. The preoperative radiotherapy group received a single irradiation of 5.2 Gy/44 h tumor mass and 60 Co. This may try to explain the difference in clinical radiosensitivity and explore the short course of conventional preoperative irradiation.
