一、前言随着石油储罐向大型化的方向发展,对油罐安装及焊接质量就提出了更高的要求,目前在大型原油储罐中主要采用浮顶油罐。我国已从国外引进了先进的大型油罐的施工技术,使大型油罐底板及壁板的焊接都已基本实现了自动化,较好地控制了焊接变形。但是,浮顶单盘板由于板材较薄,仍采用搭接型式排板和采用手工电弧焊接法,使变形不易控制。为了有效地控制单盘板的焊接变形,本文对目前施工中常用的几种单盘排板方式进行分析,并提出了改进意见二、单盘板排板时应遵循的原则1.有利于减少焊接变形量,防止局部出
I. INTRODUCTION With the development of large-scale oil storage tanks, higher requirements are placed on the quality of oil tank installation and welding.
