根据现场试验和运行情况,分析了电动潜油泵的启动特性和运行特性。电泵启动时间仅为0.08~0.1s,0.2s达到全速运行,启动时间短,动负荷很大,可能造成泵轴断裂。如果电网电压向上波动,电泵启动时间更短,动负荷更大,泵轴更容易断裂。电泵欠载运行时,机组产生热蠕变,长期运行导致电动机绕组和电缆击穿,电动机功率因数降低。潜油电泵过载运行时,电动机电流增大,铜耗增大,温升增加,长期运行也易导致机组烧毁。建议合理降低电动机端电压,延长电泵启动时间,消除动负荷,降低启动电流,从而保证电动机和泵正常运行。
According to the field test and the running condition, the start-up characteristic and the operation characteristic of the electric submersible pump are analyzed. Pump start-up time is only 0.08 ~ 0.1s, 0.2s to full speed operation, start-up time is short, a large dynamic load, the shaft may fracture. If the grid voltage fluctuates upward, the pump start-up time is shorter, the dynamic load is larger, and the pump shaft is more prone to breakage. When the electric pump is in under-load operation, the unit generates hot creep. Long-term operation leads to the breakdown of the motor windings and cables and the decrease of the motor power factor. Submersible pump overload operation, the motor current increases, copper consumption increases, the temperature increase, long-term operation can easily lead to the unit burned. It is suggested to reasonably reduce the motor terminal voltage, extend the starting time of the pump, eliminate the dynamic load, and reduce the starting current so as to ensure the normal operation of the motor and the pump.
