市场的竞争,企业的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争,现代市场经济下的国有企业使用过去传统的激励机制,很明显不完全适用于对现代人才的有效激励,因此研究如何吸引和留住人才,充分激发他们所具有的内在动力和知识潜能对企业来说尤为重要。本文在分析目前国有企业人才激励模式现状及存在问题的基础上,并结合现今国有企业特点对人才激励机制进行研究设计。
The competition in the market and the competition in the enterprise are, in the final analysis, the competition of the talents. In the modern market economy, the state-owned enterprises under the market economy use the traditional incentive mechanism of the past and apparently do not fully apply to the effective encouragement of the modern talents. So how to attract and retain the talents, To fully stimulate their intrinsic motivation and knowledge potential is particularly important for business. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of current state-owned enterprise talent incentive model, this dissertation studies and designs talent incentive system based on the characteristics of current state-owned enterprises.
