现今公路工程建设大多采用半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面结构,其中底基层、基层采用骨架密实性水泥稳定碎石,其具有整体强度高,板体性和耐久性好、成本低廉等特点。但底基层和基层作为路面结构的主要承重层,其质量优劣对沥青混凝土路面的长期使用性能具有重要影响。然而在水泥稳定碎石混合料的设计、制配、储存、运输和摊铺过程中,存在着许多因素破坏其原有特性,其中以混合料的离析影响最大。在实际施工过程中,因受到拌合机械的限制和人为操作的影响,施工操作中难度较大,所以要确保水泥稳定碎石的质量不出问题,必须对施工中的各个环节严格控制。
Nowadays most of road construction uses semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement structure, in which the base and the grassroots use the skeleton cement stabilized macadam, which has the characteristics of high overall strength, good plate body and durability and low cost. However, as the main bearing layer of the pavement structure, the subbase and grassroots have an important influence on the long-term performance of asphalt pavement. However, in the process of design, fabrication, storage, transportation and paving of cement stabilized aggregate, there are many factors that destroy its original characteristics, of which the segregation of mixture is the most important. In the actual construction process, due to the limitations of mixing machinery and man-made operation, construction operation is more difficult, so to ensure that the quality of cement stabilized gravel is not a problem, must be strictly controlled in all aspects of construction.
