用羊草(Leymuschinensis,2n=28)与灰色赖草(Leymuskarelini,2n=28)进行种间杂交,获得了杂交种子及F1植株;F1花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMCSMI)染色体构型为2.54Ⅰ+12.73Ⅱ。研究结果表明,羊草与灰色赖草的两个染色体组之间具有较高的同源性;远缘杂交可以动摇羊草固有的遗传特性,可做为今后改良羊草结实性研究的新的突破点。
Interspecific hybridization was carried out between Leymus chinensis (2n = 28) and Leymus kariensis (2n = 28) to obtain hybrid seeds and F1 plants. The chromosome configuration of PMCSMI in F1 pollen mother cells was 2.54 I + 12.73 II. The results showed that there was a high homology between the two genomes of Leymus chinensis and Leymus secalinus, and the distant hybridization could shake the inherent genetic characteristics of Leymus chinensis and could be used as a new breaking point.
