飞机部件对接作为飞机总装过程重要步骤之一,是指将两个或多个相邻组件连接形成大型结构件的过程。国内飞机部件对接装配除了采用传统手动调整的方法外,逐渐引入了先进测量、定位调姿设备,但仍然存在对接自动化程度不高等问题。针对这一问题,提出了一种飞机部件自动对接的位姿标定计算方案,并基于Qt和OSG API设计开发了飞机部件对接软件系统,为实现自动化对接提供了方案及软件支持。
Aircraft parts docking as one of the important steps in the assembly process of the aircraft refers to the process of connecting two or more adjacent components to form a large structure. In addition to using traditional manual adjustment methods, butt joint assembly of domestic aircraft parts gradually introduces advanced measurement and positioning equipment, but there is still a problem that the degree of docking automation is not high. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a calculation scheme of pose calibration for automatic docking of aircraft components. Based on Qt and OSG API, a docking software system for aircraft components is designed and developed, providing solutions and software support for the automation docking.
