为了探讨进展期胃上部癌的外科诊疗规律，本文对我院近8年经病理证实的进展期胃上部癌137例进杆总结。讨论了胃上部癌的概念，根据资料分析，认为进展期胃上部癌外科治疗的两大课题即切口的选择和本式的确定，要根据患者和医院的具体情况决定。
In order to investigate the surgical diagnosis and treatment of advanced gastric cancer, this article summarizes 137 cases of progressive upper stomach cancer confirmed by pathology in our hospital in the past 8 years. The concept of upper stomach cancer was discussed. According to data analysis, it was considered that the two major topics of surgical treatment of advanced gastric cancer, incision selection and the determination of this formula, should be decided according to the specific conditions of patients and hospitals.
