文献介绍硫代米蚩酮〔4、4'-双(二甲胺)二苯甲硫酮、简称TMK〕在水溶液中比色测定金,但实验条件尚欠完善。本文较详细地试验了显色条件,并应用于矿石中微量金的测定。本法避免使用有毒的有机溶剂,灵敏度高,克分子吸收系数为1.6×10~5,可测定至0.2微克金/10毫升,适于较低品位矿样中金的测定。 (一)主要试剂与仪器 1.活性炭(朝阳化工社):使用前用1:1盐酸浸泡数天,水洗至中性,再用5%氟化氢铵浸一星期,抽滤,水洗至无氟离子,烘干。
The literature describes thiometholone [4,4’-bis (dimethylamine) diphenylmethanethione, referred to as TMK] colorimetric determination of gold in aqueous solution, but the experimental conditions are still not perfect. In this paper, the color conditions were tested in detail and applied to the determination of trace gold in ores. This method avoids the use of toxic organic solvents, high sensitivity, the molecular absorption coefficient of 1.6 × 10 ~ 5, measurable to 0.2 micrograms of gold / 10 ml, suitable for the determination of gold in lower grade ore samples. Activated carbon (Chaoyang Chemical Industry): before use with 1: 1 hydrochloric acid soak for several days, washed with water until neutral, and then 5% ammonium bifluoride dipping a week, suction filtration, washing to fluoride ions ,drying.
