目的研究2型糖尿病合并男性迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)与代谢综合征关系。方法随机选取年龄45-65岁之间的2型糖尿病合并LOH患者30名为实验组,未合并LOH的2型糖尿病患者30名为对照组。记录患者体重指数(BMI)、腰围、血压,抽取空腹静脉血,观察两组间LH、FSH、总睾酮、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和胰岛素及C肽、血脂四项差异。结果合并LOH的2型糖尿病患者腰围(100.00±12.74cm)、糖化血红蛋白(8.93±1.74%)、空腹血糖(10.32±3.81mmol/L)及甘油三酯(2.28±1.48mmol/L)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者中,合并男性迟发性性腺功能减退症增加代谢综合征风险。
Objective To study the relationship between type 2 diabetes with delayed hypogonadism (LOH) and metabolic syndrome. Methods Thirty randomly selected type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with LOH aged 45-65 years as experimental group and 30 non-type 2 diabetic patients without LOH as control group. Body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and blood pressure were recorded. Blood samples were collected for fasting venous blood. The differences of LH, FSH, total testosterone, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, insulin, C peptide and blood lipid between the two groups were observed. Results The waist circumference (100.00 ± 12.74cm), glycosylated hemoglobin (8.93 ± 1.74%), fasting blood glucose (10.32 ± 3.81mmol / L) and triglyceride (2.28 ± 1.48mmol / L) were significantly higher in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions In type 2 diabetic patients, combined with delayed hypogonadism in men increases the risk of metabolic syndrome.
