目前,在中小学校园里出现一种教育病态——教师“不敢”管学生。面对难于管理的学生,很多教师选择了“沉默”。甚至教师群体中存在这样一种公认的态度:教好自己的课,保证课堂不出现安全问题就好。教师是学生在学校的监护人,管理批评学生属正常行为。可如今他们为何却把这些职责与自己强行分离。笔者在本文中从家庭、社会、相关法规等方面浅析此现象。
At present, there is a kind of education in the primary and secondary schools on the campus - teachers “do not dare to” manage students. In the face of hard-to-manage students, many teachers chose “silent”. Even there is such a recognized attitude in the teacher community: to teach oneself well and to ensure that there is no security problem in the classroom. Teachers are guardians of students at school, and managing criticism of students is normal behavior. But why did they force their separation of duties from themselves? In this article, the author analyzes this phenomenon from the aspects of family, society and related laws and regulations.
