当前对备用市场的研究大多基于备用容量为给定的这一个前提 ,其核心是求解如何以最小的费用去购买这个预定的容量。文中提出弹性备用需求的概念 ,即在备用竞价过程中 ,通过对备用购买成本和系统可靠性效益的分析 ,同时确定发电系统的最优备用容量及中标的发电厂商。结合可靠性评估 ,文中对备用市场最优容量需求和竞价出清模型进行了深入的探讨 ,给出了基于 Pool结构的备用市场竞价模型。文中采用启发式算法求解 ,简便实用。实际系统的数字仿真结果证明所提模型对于备用市场的竞价是有效的
The current research on the backup market is mostly based on the premise that spare capacity is given, and its core is to find out how to purchase the intended capacity with minimum cost. In this paper, the concept of elastic standby demand is proposed. In the spare bidding process, the optimal backup capacity of the power generation system and the winning bidders are determined through the analysis of the backup purchase cost and the reliability of the system. In combination with the reliability assessment, the optimal capacity demand and bidding clearance model in the reserve market are discussed in depth, and the reserve market bidding model based on Pool structure is given. Heuristic algorithm used in the paper, simple and practical. The simulation results of the actual system prove that the proposed model is effective for the bidding of the reserve market
