针对某大型动力设备振动问题,采用有限元工具建模、静力分析、模态分析,重点分析影响振动的关键因素对设备正常运行的影响,并调整关键因素的数值进行趋势分析。该方法的应用对于减小检修故障发生率、预知检修结果等具有重要意义。
Aiming at the vibration problem of a large power equipment, finite element modeling, static analysis and modal analysis are adopted. The key factors influencing vibration are analyzed emphatically. The influence of the key factors on the normal operation of the equipment is analyzed. The trend of the key factors is analyzed. The application of this method is of great importance to reduce the incidence of overhauling faults and predicting overhaul results.
