如果要对魅力课堂中教师作用有一个全面的认识,美国教育学家吉诺特的一段话应该是很贴切的:“在学校当了若干年教师后,我得出了一个令人惶恐的结论:教学的成功与失败,我是决定的因素,我个人采用的方式和每天的情绪是影响学生学习气氛和情境的主因.身为教师,我具有极大的力量,能够让学生活得愉快或悲惨;我可以是创造的工具,也可以是启发灵感的媒介;我能让学生生气,也能使他们开心;我能伤人,也能救人.”原来,教师的认知才是影响课堂教学的主因及关键.理想的课堂分为三个境界:一是有效课堂,二是高效课堂,三是魅力课堂.有效是底线,高效是目标,而魅力就是我们的追求.
