本文设计并制作了一套工作频率为0.5MHz的射频组织间透热治疗系统,包括功率源电路、测温电路和控温电路三大部分.用计算机实时控制方法在脑肿瘤的生物模拟材料上进行了实验,证明本系统工作正常,性能可靠.同时还利用阻抗法在ELXSI6400超级小型计算机上对该系统作了计算机模拟,为今后在病理实验和临床应用中的布针结构及其可靠性工作提供了理论依据.
This paper designs and produces a set of radiofrequency tissue diathermy treatment system with a working frequency of 0.5MHz, including three parts: power source circuit, temperature measurement circuit and temperature control circuit. The computer real-time control method was used to perform experiments on biological simulation materials of brain tumors to prove that the system works normally and the performance is reliable. At the same time, the impedance simulation method was used to simulate the system on the ELXSI6400 super small computer, which provided a theoretical basis for the structure and reliability of the needle structure in pathological experiments and clinical applications.
