通过极化曲线测试、浸泡实验和表面分析技术研究了不同交流电频率对X65钢在CO2-3/HCO-3溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。研究表明:在30~1000Hz范围内,除200Hz外,低交流电频率时(≤300Hz),随交流电频率的减小,其钝化区宽度明显变窄,点蚀击破电位负移,维钝电流密度增大,临界钝化电流密度增大;高交流电频率时(>300Hz),频率对X65钢的钝性影响很弱。X65钢的腐蚀速率随交流电频率的增加而减小,低交流电频率作用时,X65钢的腐蚀速率随交流电频率增加快速减小,高交流电频率时,其腐蚀速率随交流电频率的增加略减小。
The effects of different AC frequencies on corrosion behavior of X65 steel in CO2-3 / HCO-3 solution were investigated by polarization curve test, immersion test and surface analysis technique. The results show that in the range of 30 ~ 1000Hz, with the exception of 200Hz and the low AC frequency (≤300Hz), the width of the passivation region is obviously narrower with the decrease of the AC frequency. The pitting corrosion potential is shifted negatively, Increases, the critical passivation current density increases; high AC frequency (> 300Hz), the frequency of the passive impact of X65 steel is weak. The corrosion rate of X65 steel decreases with the increase of AC frequency. The corrosion rate of X65 steel decreases rapidly with the increase of AC frequency at low AC frequency. At high AC frequency, the corrosion rate of X65 steel slightly decreases with the increase of AC frequency.
