脑内5-羟色胺能神经元较多集中在脑干的中缝核群,电生理研究证明,中缝背核在针刺镇痛过程中,无论是上行或下行抑制,都具有一定作用,因此我们继尾核纤维联系研究的基础上,进一步观察中缝背核与中枢神经系统内各级水平和镇痛有关结构之间的纤维联系,为功能研究提供形态学的根据。 用大鼠35只,在乌拉坦腹腔麻醉下,在定向仪上插入电极,用0.5毫安的直流电流毁损,持续20秒钟;在动物存活7~8天后,经灌注固定,冰冻连续切片,采用Nauta溃变纤维银染法染色。 上行纤维 一般可分成三组:(1)背侧组:经中央灰质上行,沿途终止于中脑导水管周围灰质和第三脑室的室周灰质。(2)中间组:这部分纤维柬行于中缝内和内侧纵束间,并成放射状向腹外侧至中脑网状结构。(3)腹侧组:行于被盖腹侧区和内侧前脑束以及外侧的未定带。
