将滑石粉与羧酸金属盐成核剂复配用于抗冲共聚聚丙烯的改性,分析了滑石粉质量分数及复合成核剂总添加量对PP力学性能及结晶性能的影响;用DMA测量样品的动态力学性能并对参数进行分析,得出PP共混体系温度与损耗因子及储能模量的关系。结果表明:在复合成核剂添加量为0.4%~0.45%,其中滑石粉质量分数为80%~85.7%时,样品的综合性能最好。
The talc and carboxylic acid metal salt nucleating agent compound for the impact copolymer polypropylene modified, analyzed the talc mass fraction and the total amount of nucleating agent added on the PP mechanical properties and crystallization properties; DMA The dynamic mechanical properties of the samples were measured and the parameters were analyzed. The relationship between temperature and loss factor and storage modulus of PP blends was obtained. The results show that the composite has the best comprehensive performance when the amount of composite nucleating agent is 0.4% ~ 0.45% and the mass fraction of talc is 80% ~ 85.7%.
