目的 :探讨L 精氨酸 (L arg)在体内的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法 :分别用普通饲料、高胆固醇饲料、高胆固醇与L arg混合饲料饲养成年雄性新西兰兔 1 0周 ,检测其血浆中环磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)及血栓素B2 (TXB2 )的含量变化 ,并测试胸主动脉环对缩血管物质去甲肾上腺素 (NE)的反应性。结果 :L arg可明显增高cGMP(P <0 .0 1 ) ,降低血浆TXB2 含量 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,改善胸主动脉环对NE的反应性。结论 :补充L arg ,使机体通过增高NO含量、扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集而具一定的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-atherosclerotic effect of L-arginine (L arg) in vivo. Methods: Adult male New Zealand rabbits were fed with normal diet, high cholesterol diet, high cholesterol and L arg for 10 weeks respectively, and their cGMP and TXB2 levels were measured and tested Reactivity of thoracic aortic rings to vasorelaxant substance norepinephrine (NE). Results: L arg significantly increased cGMP (P <0.01), decreased TXB2 content in plasma (P <0.05), and improved the reactivity of thoracic aorta rings to NE. CONCLUSION: L arg is added to make the body a certain anti-atherosclerotic effect by increasing NO content, dilating blood vessels and inhibiting platelet aggregation.
