为研究圆钢管石英砂柱在冲击荷载下内部应力变化过程和工作机理,利用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)作为测试传感器,通过落锤冲击试验机对PVDF传感器进行标定,根据PVDF传感器输出电压最大值和钢管内部石英砂最大应力计算出其灵敏度,并将PVDF传感器植入钢管内的石英砂中,对圆钢管内石英砂在冲击荷载作用下的三维应力进行监测.试验结果表明,PVDF传感器的输出电压与输入荷载呈良好的线性关系,各个传感器的灵敏度基本一致并具有良好的动力响应,基于PVDF传感器能够监测钢管内石英砂的三维应力,研究成果可为PVDF传感器监测冲击荷载下钢管混凝土的三维应力提供参考.
In order to study the internal stress change process and working mechanism of the round tube quartz sand column under impact load, PVDF was used as the test sensor to calibrate the PVDF sensor by the falling weight impact test machine. According to the maximum output voltage of the PVDF sensor And the maximum stress of quartz sand inside the steel tube to calculate its sensitivity, and the PVDF sensor is implanted into the quartz sand in the steel tube to monitor the three-dimensional stress of the quartz sand in the round tube under impact load.The test results show that the output of the PVDF sensor Voltage and input load showed a good linear relationship, the sensitivity of each sensor is basically the same and has a good dynamic response, based on PVDF sensor can monitor the three-dimensional stress of quartz sand in steel tube, the research results for the PVDF sensor to monitor three-dimensional impact of CFST Stress for reference.
