我矿采用有底柱崩落法在矿体底板角页岩里和矿壁中掘进电耙道,需用混凝土支护工作量逐年增大。在“鞍钢宪法”精神的指引下,1965年初,在武汉冶金安全技术研究所的具体指导下,我们自己设计制造喷射机并到现场试验,得到了较好的结果。同年10月将该喷射机定型为铜武-25型。九年来我们喷锚支护了平巷、马头门、电耙道、竖井等8000多米,盲井卷扬机房、泵房、配电所、电车库等8个峒室面积达1500多米~2,改善了支护质量,加快了施工速度,减轻了劳动强度,还节省木材850多米~3,降低支护费用42万余元。实践证明,喷锚支护具有质量好、速度快、省工、省料等优点。是一种先进的井巷支护方法。
