武术是中华民族的文化珍宝,深受广大人民的喜爱。普及武术运动,促进全民健身,学校武术教学起着重要的作用。武术运动中对身体训练、技术训练、心理训练、智能训练、意志品质训练的要求较高,特别是身体训练,它将是柔韧、速度、力量、灵敏、耐力等素质训练,这些素质是完成正确的技术动作和提高运动成绩的基础。少年武术教学与训练,除了遵循一般的武术教学与训练的方法外,还要结合少年生理和心理特点进行科学的教学与训练。本文通过对少年武术教学与训练的实践,浅谈一下在少年生理、心理等方面应注意的问题。
