本文对 1 93 5年南京国民政府改组中国银行的原因做了简要探讨 ,认为其原因主要有以下几点 :1、适应建立强大的“中央银行制度”的需要 ;2、实现国家财政方针统一 ,强化国家对金融的垄断和控制 ;3、渡过因白银外流而引发的金融危机 ;4、近代以来中央银行建设思想发展的结果。 This article briefly discusses the reasons for the Nanjing National Government to restructure the Bank of China in 1953. The reasons are mainly as follows: 1. To meet the need of establishing a strong “central bank system”; 2. To achieve the goal of unifying national financial policies, Strengthen the state monopoly and control of the financial; 3, through the financial crisis caused by the outflow of silver; 4, the results of the development of the central bank’s building thought in modern times.
