农耕文化是在传统的自给自足的自然经济基础上形成的,它具有封闭性、保守性、悠闲性、平均主义、经验主义、因循守旧、墨守陈规、血缘与地缘意识浓厚等特征。这种文化中的一些消极因素与市场经济的运行法则产生冲突,并给企业的管理实践带来负面影响,表现在:桎梏国企改革的深入;影响企业的快速成长;不利于规范化和科学管理;制约企业的创新活动,阻碍学习型组织的建立;不利于企业引进专业人才及其他内部制度的贯彻;引发企业家与职业经理人彼此的不信任和矛盾;不关注外界变化导致企业应变能力低下等。
The farming culture is formed on the basis of the traditional self-sufficient natural economy.
