采用信息化手段量化衡量员工的工作业绩是供电企业开展绩效考核工作的新趋势。江苏公司在构建一线员工绩效考核管理体系过程中,创新设计岗位业绩竞赛与绩效考核相接合的管理模式,开展基于“赛业绩、比能力、评能手”为主要内容的岗位竞赛活动,开发相关信息系统,读取其它生产管理信息系统员工工作记录,着重对员工的工作绩效和综合素质进行全面评价。岗位竞赛结果不仅应用于绩效考核,还可以应用于员工的技能等级提升、工作业绩举证、技能动态考核等。
