研究一种由两个宽带传输线变换器和一个集总分支点组成的混合T型接头。该分支点构成一电桥电路,电桥电路电阻值由六根传输线和它们的负载电阻确定。接头带宽超出三个量级以上(从2.4兆赫至5千兆赫),而带宽范围又由变换器所决定。某特定方案中,上截止频率可达到12千兆赫左右。两相对传输线之间有40分贝以上的隔离度。
A hybrid T-junction consisting of two broadband transmission line transformers and a lumped branch point is investigated. The branch points form a bridge circuit, and the bridge circuit resistance is determined by the six transmission lines and their load resistance. The connector bandwidth exceeds three orders of magnitude (from 2.4 MHz to 5 GHz), and the bandwidth range is up to the converter. In a particular scenario, the upper cut-off frequency can reach around 12 gigahertz. Between the two relative transmission lines have more than 40 dB isolation.
