在一次大面积食物中毒中，检出１ 株革兰氏阴性非发酵菌。用ＮＦＣ鉴定卡，经Ｖｉｔｅｋ３２ 型全自动微生物分析系统鉴定，确认该菌为恶臭假单胞菌。经流行病学调查、细菌分离、小白鼠毒力实验及患者血清凝集反应，证实该菌为本次食物中毒的致病菌。国内外文献查新检索证明：迄今为止，国内外尚未见恶臭假单胞菌引起食物中毒的报道。本次由恶臭假单胞菌引起的食物中毒在国内外尚属首次发现。
In a large area of food poisoning, one strain of Gram-negative non-fermentative bacteria was detected. With NFC identification card, by Vitek32 automatic microbial analysis system identification, confirmed that the bacteria Pseudomonas putida. The epidemiological investigation, bacterial isolation, mice virulence experiments and patients with serum agglutination reaction, confirmed that the bacteria for the food poisoning pathogens. Domestic and foreign literature search new search certificate: So far, no reports of food poisoning caused by Pseudomonas putida has been reported at home and abroad. This is the first time that food poisoning caused by Pseudomonas putida is found at home and abroad.
