目的 :研究地黄饮子对痴呆小鼠学习记忆的影响及其部分作用机制。方法 :以氯化铝诱导痴呆小鼠模型 ,观察地黄饮子对小鼠在跳台实验、水迷宫实验中学习记忆能力及脑组织中单胺氧化酶活性的影响。结果 :地黄饮子可以减少小鼠跳台错误反应次数、延长测验期跳台潜伏期 ,缩短小鼠寻找平台潜伏期、增加测验期跨越平台次数 ,降低小鼠脑组织中单胺氧化酶活性。结论 :地黄饮子可以提高痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力 ,其作用机制可能与降低小鼠脑组织中单胺氧化酶活性有关
Objective: To study the effect of Dihuang Yinzi on learning and memory of dementia mice and its partial mechanism. Methods: A mouse model of dementia was induced with aluminum chloride. The effects of Dihuang Yinzi on the learning and memory abilities of mice and the activity of monoamine oxidase in brain tissue during the step-down experiment and water maze experiment were observed. Results: Dihuangyinzi can reduce the number of wrong reaction times in the platform, prolong the incubation period, shorten the incubation period for the mice, increase the number of platform crossings, and reduce the activity of monoamine oxidase in the mouse brain tissue. Conclusion: Dihuang Yinzi can improve learning and memory ability of dementia mice, and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of monoamine oxidase activity in mouse brain tissue.
