近年来,由于节节麦(Aegilops squarrosa L.,2n=2x=14)的细胞质与普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.,2n=6x=42)的细胞核相结合的核质杂种具有早熟、高产和蛋白质含量高等特点,受到植物遗传育种工作者的普遍重视。但采用常规的杂交方法直接获得其属间杂种是非常困难的。1981—1982年我们通过雌蕊离体授粉直接获得了“节节麦×普通小麦”的属间杂种。应用试管受精方法来得到这种属间杂种,至今尚未见报道。现将我们的实验结果简述如下。
In recent years, since the cytoplasm of Aegilops squarrosa L. (2n = 2x = 14) has a combination of cytoplasm with the nucleus of common wheat (Triticum aestivum L., 2n = 6x = 42) Higher content, by plant genetic breeding workers in general. However, it is very difficult to obtain the intergeneric hybrid directly by the conventional hybridization method. From 1981 to 1982, we obtained the interspecific hybrids of “Nostoc × Oryza sativa” directly by in vitro pollination of pistils. The application of IVF to obtain such an interspecific hybrid has not been reported yet. Now our experimental results are summarized below.
