生产性服务为制造业提供中间投入服务,提高制造业的资源配置效率和专业化水平。现阶段,我国生产性服务普遍缺乏创新,难以给制造业发展提供强有力的支撑。在国家“十二五”规划提出加快经济增长方式转变,推动产业升级的背景下,探索生产性服务的创新问题,实现与制造业协同发展已成为理论和实业界的重要课题。基于对144家生产性服务企业的实证研究,发现生产性服务企业与制造业企业之间的嵌入性关系对创新绩效存在显著的积极影响;组织间学习在企业之间的信任关系和异质性资源对创新绩效的正向影响中起到中介作用。因此,应当鼓励生产性服务企业与制造业企业建立起相互信任的合作关系,企业之间进行充分的资源共享,并通过提高信任程度和异质性知识共享水平提升组织间学习的效果,进而提高创新绩效。
Productive services provide intermediate input services to manufacturing industries and improve the efficiency and professionalization of resource allocation in the manufacturing industry. At this stage, the general lack of innovation in China’s producer services, it is difficult to provide strong support for the development of the manufacturing industry. Under the background of the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” proposed to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic growth and promote industrial upgrading, it has become an important topic in theory and industry to explore innovative issues of producer services and achieve synergistic development with manufacturing industry. Based on the empirical research on 144 producer service enterprises, it is found that the embedded relationship between producer service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; the inter-organizational learning trust relationship and heterogeneity among enterprises Resources play a mediating role in the positive impact of innovation performance. Therefore, productive service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises should be encouraged to establish a cooperative relationship of mutual trust, and enterprises should be fully resource-sharing, and the effect of inter-organizational learning should be enhanced by enhancing knowledge sharing level of trust and heterogeneity Innovative performance.
