目的研究三白草Saururus chinensis全草的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法分离,通过理化鉴别及波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从三白草全草中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸(1)、木犀草素(2)、山柰酚(3)、N-反式阿魏酸酪酰胺(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、咖啡酸(6)、去氢吐叶醇(7)、吐叶醇(8)、尿嘧啶(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2~7、9均为首次从该科中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant Saururus chinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated by various column chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by physicochemical identification and spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid (1), luteolin (2), kaempferol (3), N-trans ferulate (4 , Protocatechuic acid (5), caffeic acid (6), dehydroetrubolide (7), floccinolide (8) and uracil (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2 to 7 and 9 were isolated from this family for the first time.
