研究了不同浓度镉离子对玉米种子萌发、幼苗生长及抗氧化酶系统的影响,结果表明:(1)镉对玉米种子萌发、幼苗苗长具有低浓度下的激活和高浓度下的抑制效应;对幼苗根长具有极显著的抑制效应。(2)镉对玉米幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)具有激活效应,且随镉浓度的增加激活效应逐渐增强;对过氧化氢酶(CAT)存在低浓度下的激活和高浓度下的抑制效应,两种抗氧化酶均可被激活以抵抗镉的胁迫,但过氧化物酶起关键作用。(3)随着镉浓度的增加,玉米幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增加。
The effects of Cd2 + on seed germination, seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme system of maize were studied. The results showed that: (1) cadmium had the effect of seed germination and seedling growth at low concentration and inhibited at high concentration; The seedling root length has a very significant inhibitory effect.
