氢化物原子光谱法是近年来国内外分析工作者的研究课题,文献已对氢化物原子光谱法的进展作了综述。本文拟介绍一种简易氢化物发生器与常规空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分析相结合的方法。氢化物发生器中产生的氢化物通过聚乙烯塑料管被常规火焰法喷雾器吸进雾化室送到空气-乙炔火焰中,同时读取被测元素吸光度峰值。铋的检出限可达0.3ppb,单次测定的相对标准偏差不大于1%。
Hydride atomic spectrometry is a research subject of analytical workers at home and abroad in recent years. The literature has reviewed the progress of hydride atomic spectrometry. This article describes a simple hydride generator and conventional air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry method of combining. The hydride generated in the hydride generator is drawn into the air-acetylene flame by a conventional flame spray atomizer through a polyethylene plastic tube and the peak of the absorbance of the measured element is read. Bismuth detection limit of up to 0.3ppb, a single determination of the relative standard deviation of not more than 1%.
