职业导向是将培养学生的职业能力作为引导的基本指向,在高职教育中的应用较为普遍。随着教育体制的不断改革,高职教育对学生的职业能力和素养提出了更高的要求。职业能力又分为基本职业能力和综合职业能力,前者是括职业知识、职业技能、职业方法等的统称,而后者则是对学生学习、操作、能力等方面的概括。国家在高等职业教育发展规划曾经指出,学生通过接受高等职业教育,应该努力成为高素质技能型专门人才。所以,在高职教育中应该确定以职业导向为核心的教育方式,注重高职学生技能的培养。
Career orientation is to train students’ professional ability as the guide of the basic points in the higher vocational education is more common. With the continuous reform of the education system, higher vocational education puts forward higher requirements on students’ professional ability and accomplishment. Vocational ability is divided into basic vocational skills and comprehensive professional ability, the former is a general term including job knowledge, vocational skills, professional methods, etc., while the latter is a summary of student learning, operation, ability and so on. The state has pointed out in the development planning of higher vocational education that students should strive to become high-quality skilled professionals by accepting higher vocational education. Therefore, in higher vocational education should be determined to occupational guidance as the core of education, focusing on vocational skills training.
