植物神经型血管舒缩性鼻炎仍然是复杂和远未解决的问题。其治疗多基于对神经系统的作用,降低局部反射兴奋性,纠正鼻腔粘膜血液动力学。针刺、奴佛卡因封闭及硝酸银烧灼鼻粘膜诱发反射敏感区等疗法虽有一定疗效,但亦有局限性。作者应用弱强度直流电治疗仪,治疗该病取得了一定疗效。直流电治疗仪的输出电流为5～100mA。先将消毒的电极放入鼻道前部,紧靠中鼻甲前端及中鼻道前份粘膜侧壁,联接阳极;阴极为一铅板固定在同侧肩部皮肤上。开始用10mA的直流电,作用10分钟,后渐增加到20mA,3～4小时,每6～10次为一疗程。治疗后病人症状明显好转,检查鼻腔,粘膜水肿明显减轻,中鼻道变
