在热带地区的肯尼亚,对单独利用低温或和GA_3及BA共同处理对3个草莓品种匐匍茎的形成进行了观察。在3个供试的品种中,仅单独使用低温就可以明显地提高匍匐茎的数量产生,在凉季和热季,每个母株分别可以产生18和10个匍匐茎。低温结合BA+GA_3处理,每母株产生的匐匍茎分别增加到23和14个。低温结合GA_3处理,效果和低温单独处理相似,而用BA处理则比低温单独处理的效果好。对照植株产生的匍匐茎较少。草莓在凉季生产的匍匐茎及子株比热季产生的多。
In tropical regions of Kenya, the formation of three strawberry cultivars was observed on the basis of co-treatment with low temperature alone or GA 3 and BA. Among the three tested varieties, the number of stolons increased significantly by using only low temperature alone, and 18 and 10 stolons could be produced per parent in cool and hot season, respectively. Under low temperature combined with BA + GA_3 treatment, the number of creeping stalks produced per plant increased to 23 and 14, respectively. Low temperature combined with GA_3 treatment, the effect is similar to the low temperature treatment alone, while BA treatment is better than the low temperature alone treatment effect. Control plants produced less stolons. Strawberries produce more stolons and sub-strains in cool season than in hot season.
