大体积混凝土的温度裂缝控制问题一直是困扰土木工程师的难题,现有的温控监测办法施工困难、精度低、可靠性差、自动化程度低,为了解决以上问题,设计一种融合温度传感器、无线传感网络和温控智能监测软件为一体的无线温控监测系统。实现了温度信息的自动采集、实时显示、自动记录、自动报警功能,通过工程实例的应用,验证了监测系统的精度和可靠性。实践表明:内表温差曲线呈现先降后升趋势,采取预埋冷取水管降温措施效果良好,在温度峰值过后,应控制适宜流速,降温速率控制在2~3℃/d。
