该文利用黑杨与青杨的 4个杂种作中介亲本 ,做了 12个组合的黑白杨杂交试验并与 10个由各派内的杂种或原种组成的黑白杨杂交组合进行杂交亲和性与杂种子代高生长分化程度的对比试验 .结果表明 :①中介亲本的杂交亲和性优于派内树种亲本 ;②不同中介亲本或同一中介亲本在不同组合中亲和性差异较大 ;③部分派内杂种亲本的亲和性高于中介亲本 ;④杂交子代的高生长分化程度最大为中介亲本组合 ,最高 /最低达 7倍 ,其次为派内杂种亲本组合 ,最小为派内原种亲本组合 ;⑤中介亲本与派内杂种亲本的花粉管比原种亲本更易进入柱头
In this study, 12 hybrid black-white hybrids were crossed with 4 hybrids of Populus nigra and Populus euphratica and crossed with 10 hybrids of black-white hybrids consisting of hybrids or offspring of each genus The results showed that: (1) the hybridization affinity of the intermediate parents was better than that of the parent tree species; (2) the differences of affinity among different intermediate parents or the same intermediate parents in different combinations; (3) The affinity of partial crossbred parents was higher than that of the intermediate parents; ④ The highest degree of high growth and differentiation of hybrid progeny was the intermediate parental combinations with the highest / lowest 7 times, followed by the hybrid parents and the smallest was the original parent Combination; ⑤ pollen tube of intermediated parents and hybrid parents more likely to enter the stigma than the original parent
