地矿作为我国重要的自然资源,在改革开放的推动下,逐步走向市场化。我国地矿系统在资源市场化的推动下,竞争力急剧升高。随着市场竞争力的提高,对系统内部人员的素质要求也在提高。人是一切事业成败的主导因素,因此,做好地矿系统的人事管理工作显得格外重要。本篇文章,主要针对地矿系统内部存在的人事管理的现状问题进行分析阐述,并作出相应的改进策略。
As an important natural resource in our country, the mines have gradually marketized under the impetus of reform and opening up. China’s geology and mineral resources system in the market driven by the sharp rise in competitiveness. With the improvement of market competitiveness, the quality requirements of the system’s internal staff are also rising. People are the dominant factor in the success or failure of all undertakings. Therefore, it is especially important to do a good job in personnel management of the geology and mining system. This article mainly analyzes and expounds the status quo of personnel management existing in the geology and mine system and makes corresponding improvement strategies.
