【摘要】 目的 应用组织多普勒技术对扩张型心肌病（DCM）室壁运动进行评价分析。方法 对30名DCM患者和30名志愿者组成2组，一组为DCM组，另一组为非DCM组，再采用组织多普勒技术对这60名患者的一些室壁运动相关数据进行检测并进行对比。结果 DCM组中患者的4种MV频谱都表现异常，而且MV数值明显低于非DCM组（P<0.05）。MVG比正常人的数值明显有所减低（P<0.05）；甚至是室壁运动的
