目的研究多花蒿(Artemisia myriantha)的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、凝胶等多种色谱技术对多花蒿的化学成分进行研究,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别是arglabin(1),13-acetoxy-3β-hydroxy-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(2),半齿泽兰素(3),8α-acetoxyarglabin(4),artemyriantholide B(5),artemyriantholide A(6),4’,5,7-三羟基-6,3’-二甲氧基黄酮(7),紫花牡荆素(8),5,4’-二羟基-6,7,3’,5’-四甲氧基黄酮(9),arborescin(10),arlatin(11)。结论化合物3,7~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia myriantha. Methods The chemical constituents of Artemisia annua L. were studied by using various chromatographic techniques, such as silica gel and gel. The structures of compounds were identified based on their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as arglabin (1), 13-acetoxy-3β-hydroxy-germacra-1 (10) E, 4E, 7 (11) -trien-12,6α-olide Acetoxyarglabin (4), artemyriantholide B (5), artemyriantholide A (6), 4 ’, 5,7-trihydroxy-6,3’-dimethoxyflavone (7) , Vitexin (8), 5,4’-dihydroxy-6,7,3 ’, 5’-tetramethoxyflavone (9), arborescin (10), arlatin (11). Conclusion Compounds 3 and 7 ~ 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
