报道瓜剂量（２０ｍｇ／ｄ×５）与中剂量（５０ｍｇ／ｄ×２）顺铂加长春新碱（ＶＣＲ）（１．５ｍｇ／ｄｄ１，８）的ＰＶ方案与常规放疗联合应用治疗鼻咽癌１１４例。其中，低剂量顺铂组７３例，中剂量顺铂组４１例，两组综合治疗（ＰＶ加放疗）有效率分别为９３．１％及９７．５％，但统计学处理差异无显著性，两组病例化疗后的毒副反应发生率差异也无显著性，但中剂量组具有方法简便，患者易于接受的优点，可作为ＮＰＣ的辅助化疗。
Reported the combination of PV (20mg / d × 5) and mid dose (50mg / d × 2) cisplatin plus vincristine (VCR) (1.5mg / dd1,8) with routine radiotherapy for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 114 cases. Among them, 73 cases in low-dose cisplatin group and 41 cases in mid-dose cisplatin group were 93.1% and 97.5% respectively, but the difference was not statistically significant, There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after chemotherapy, however, the middle dose group had the advantages of simple method and easy-to-accept for patients, which could be used as adjuvant chemotherapy for NPC.
