目的 :观察氧氟沙星凝胶抗菌作用。方法 :采用体内、外试验比较了氧氟沙星 (OFLX)凝胶和诺氟沙星(NFLX)乳膏的抗菌活性。结果 :体外试验表明 :全部实验菌对OFLX和NFLX的MIC90最高值为 2 μg ml和 4μg ml ,远低于凝胶和软膏药物浓度 ;体内试验表明 :OFLX中、高两个剂量组和 1%NFLX乳膏组均具显著疗效 ,但 0 .5 %和 2 %OFLX凝胶组创面愈合时间较 1%NFLX乳膏组短。结论 :二者对常见菌均具有很好的抑制和杀灭作用 ,但OFLX的抗菌活性优于NFLX
Objective: To observe the antibacterial effect of ofloxacin gel. METHODS: The antibacterial activity of ofloxacin (OFLX) gel and norfloxacin (NFLX) cream were compared in vitro and in vivo. Results: The MIC90 values of OFLX and NFLX in all experimental strains were 2 μg ml and 4 μg ml, which were much lower than those of gel and ointment. The in vivo experiments showed that the MIC90 of OFLX and 1% NFLX cream group have a significant effect, but 0.5% and 2% OFLX gel wound healing time shorter than 1% NFLX cream group. Conclusion: Both of them have good inhibition and killing effect on common bacteria, but OFLX has better antibacterial activity than NFLX
