目的 探讨血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度与高血压病的关系。方法 对开滦集团公司2 2 0 9名离休职工健康查体 ,检测血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度及其他生化指标 ,比较高血压组和正常血压组及不同血压水平组间血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度的差异。结果 2 2 0 9人中符合研究目的且资料完整的共计 2 16 9人 ,其中确诊高血压病患者 12 0 5例。高血压组、正常血压组血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度分别为 (1 97± 1 84 )mg/L和 (1 0 8± 1 2 4 )mg/L(P <0 0 0 1)。收缩压、舒张压水平随血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度增加而增高 (P <0 0 0 1)。非吸烟组、糖尿病组、超重及肥胖组血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度分别为 (1 87± 1 4 3)mg/L、(2 0 9± 1 85 )mg/L和 (1 5 8± 1 6 1)mg/L ,均高于吸烟组、非糖尿病组、非超重及肥胖组的 (1 33± 1 10 )mg/L、(1 2 3± 1 4 0 )mg/L、(0 82± 1 0 6 )mg/L (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度与高血压病相关 ,炎症反应可能参与了高血压病的发生。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hypertension. Methods A total of 2909 retired workers in Kailuan Group were investigated for their physical examination, serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and other biochemical parameters. Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were compared between hypertensive group, normotensive group and different blood pressure group difference. Results A total of 2,169 people were included in the survey, which met the research purpose and were complete in data. Among them, there were 125 cases of hypertensive patients diagnosed. The concentrations of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in hypertensive and normotensive subjects were (1 97 ± 1 84) mg / L and (108 ± 1 124) mg / L, respectively (P 0 01). Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure increased with the increase of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (P <0.01). The concentrations of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in non-smoking group, diabetic group, overweight and obesity group were (18 87 ± 143) mg / L, (209 ± 1 85) mg / L and 1) mg / L were higher than those in non-diabetic group, non-overweight group and obese group (33 ± 1 10 mg / L, (12 ± 1 40) mg / L, 1 0 6) mg / L (P <0 0 0 1). Conclusion Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is associated with hypertension, and inflammation may be involved in the occurrence of hypertension.
