飞行员辞职,是引人注目的新闻事件。过去几年,国内先后有80位飞行员辞职,造成媒体所称的“辞职风潮”。国航机长辞职惹官司1995年,39岁的李建国驾驶12年战斗机后,转业到国航西南航空公司做一名商业飞行员。但04年10月14日他却向公司提出解除劳动合同,使得公司在今年7月以违反劳动合同为由将他告上了法庭,并索赔800万元,这对他来说是一个天文数字。据统计,全国大约有50多名飞行员辞职,几乎全是机长。可以这么说,每一位辞职的机长背后几乎都有一场官司。
