随着石油企业之间竞争的加剧,人力资源的竞争优势越来越明显。员工是企业最重要的资本,企业建立先进的、有效的员工培训体系有利于提升员工的个人素质,更有利于加强企业的竞争力。本文探讨了目前石油公司员工培训方面存在的问题,并根据这些问题,提出了对现有员工培训体系改进的建议与举措。
With the intensification of competition among petroleum enterprises, the competitive advantage of human resources becomes more and more obvious. Employees are the most important capital of the enterprise. The establishment of an advanced and effective employee training system helps to improve the individual qualities of employees and is more conducive to strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper explores the existing problems in the training of oil companies and proposes some suggestions and measures to improve the training system for existing employees based on these issues.
