教师专业发展旨在促进教师个体的、内在专业性的提高,而教师职业幸福感体现的是教师在职业活动中的情感体验与认知评价。本研究采用“教师专业发展问卷”和“总体幸福感量表”调查了192名小学教师,探讨小学教师专业发展与职业幸福感的关系。研究发现:在专业发展态度与信念、专业发展知识与能力、专业研究意识与习惯等几方面处于高水平的小学教师幸福感指数更高;高水平的专业发展态度与信念能导致更高的职业满意度,高水平的专业知识与能力则保证小学教师在
The professional development of teachers aims to promote the improvement of teachers ’intrinsic professionalism. Teachers’ professional well-being reflects the teacher’s emotional experience and cognitive evaluation in professional activities. In this study, 192 primary school teachers were surveyed using the “Teacher Professional Development Questionnaire” and the “Overall Well-Being Scale” to explore the relationship between the professional development of primary school teachers and professional well-being. The study found that primary school teachers with high levels of professional development attitude and beliefs, professional development knowledge and ability, professional research awareness and habits have a higher index of well-being.
